

I started my recording diet (again?!) last Sunday.
I have to eat 1200 kcal per day to lose 1 kg in 1 week.
I failed last Sunday but yesterday i ate less than 1200 kcal.
I lost 0.5 kg since I started ( and I'm hoping to keep it).
I have to wait for one week to know if I am improving.
Hope to lose 10 Kg before 2009
